Jones Family

Adrienne has been my friend since Kindergarten (we carpooled together!) and my best friend since 9th grade. I moved away in 1st grade and didn't move back until 7th, but I guess the universe wanted us to be friends because we reconnected in junior high and the rest is history! So naturally, I love her babies the way I love my own and having the opportunity to photograph her family is such a privilege. My job never feels like work, but when I'm photographing my best friends and their families- it really doesn't feel like work!

Adrienne and Trevor are high school sweethearts! And they are still just as adorable now as they were in 2005 :) They have 3 beautiful daughters- Claire, Millie and Shay.

Claire is spunky and scrappy and sassy. She is 4 going on 16. She hurt her finger during our session and thought she really really REALLY needed a bandaid. (Note to self: keep bandaids in my camera bag!) She was very concerned and became disinterested in having her photo taken. So I let her in on my secret... I told her because I was a Mom, I had magical kisses. So I kissed it better and luckily that seemed to work and she was back to her happy self.

Millie was my little buddy! Every time we walked between picture spots, she would reach up and hold my hand. And then I melted into a puddle every time. Millie is such a daddy's girl and some of my favorite images from the session are her with her dad.

Shay is the happiest blue eyed baby ever. She's the baby boss, but no one seems to mind!

Our evening together was so enjoyable and we were able to capture some special moments between them. Thank you Jones family!
